Bei der Erstellung des Corporate App Stores können Sie entscheiden, auf welche Software Mitarbeiter zugreifen können. Sie können beispielsweise für jede Abteilung einen App-Store erstellen, sodass Mitarbeiter nur die Software installieren können die sie für die Ausführung ihrer Arbeit benötigen.Mit nur vier Schritten den Shop einrichten:
1. Wählen oder erstellen Sie eine Paketsicherheitsgruppe 2. Fügen Sie Benutzer hinzu, indem Sie eine oder mehrere AD-Gruppen auswählen 3. Fügen Sie der Paketsicherheitsgruppe die gewünschte Software hinzu 4. Fügen Sie der Paketsicherheitsgruppe die gewünschten benutzerdefinierten Shop-Artikel hinzu
Benutzerdefinierte Artikel können alles von Software bis zu Hardware-Produkten sein, diese Artikel müssen vor der Installation oder dem Kauf genehmigt werden.
Wenn ein Mitarbeiter neue Software benötigt, geht er zum Shop-Modul und klickt auf Software bestellen.
Jetzt können Ihre Mitarbeiter sehen welche Software und Hardware Produkte zur Installation oder zur Bestellung verfügbar sind.
Wenn Sie auf Installieren oder Bestellen klicken, wird das Produkt direkt in die Liste auf der rechten Seite verschoben. Produkte, die genehmigt werden müssen, werden markiert und der Mitarbeiter kann eine Nachricht hinzufügen.
Der verantwortliche Manager wird per E-Mail benachrichtigt, sobald Bestellungen vorliegen die genehmigt werden müssen. Der Manager kann sich also anmelden und zur Genehmigungsansicht im Shop-Modul wechseln.
So wie der Mitarbeiter eine Nachricht hinzufügen kann, kann der Manager ebenfalls eine Nachricht an die Entscheidung anhängen, entweder genehmigt er oder lehnt die Bestellung ab. Der Mitarbeiter wird per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
